James H. Arnold, P.E. is a freelance, independent professional engineer committed to delivering quality work at a reasonable price, the old fashion way by listening to customers and understanding their needs. Our motto is to ensure the customer's design works without cutting corners. This is accomplished but efficiently utilizing 25 years of engineering experience and keeping overhead costs at minimal. We will consult and advise customers on a professional level within our expertise or refer customers not within our scope.

Keeping within our expertise, we will draw professional AutoCAD drawings from customer specifications to include the Florida Professional Engineering seal. This reasonably ensures the design is "sound" for the manufacturing/patented prototyping processes. Any design can usually be improved but an experience engineer can usually ensure the design changes are minimal from the final proposal to give reassurances that the designs will not be seriously altered, and that less change orders will incurred with the as-build (design to manufacturing drawings as with piping systems projects). Customers are left with a peace of mind that only small changes are possible from the final design work so that the final design doesn't become scraped because some nuance is overlooked. Perfection is never achieved but experience makes it possible for customer expectations to be achieved. Don't gamble with not knowing if a design is workable or not for the customer's end goal.
